Description
The iMax B6AC Balance Charger is designed with the avid RC enthusiast in mind, and will charge 1 to 6 cell Lipo batteries, 1 to 15 cell NiMh/NiCd batteries and 2 to 20 volt lead acid batteries.
The iMax B6AC has an LCD display that shows you exactly what’s happening with your battery, displaying the charge rate, the amount of electricity (mah) put into the battery, and the voltage for each cell of a Lipo battery that is being balance charged. The charge rate is adjustable from 0.1 amp to a maximum of 5.0 amps, so it will charge your large batteries in a reasonable time. The iMax B6AC is fully programmable, has several built-in safety features, and comes with adapter cords for connecting to several types of battery power leads.
The iMax B6AC comes with an built in AC adapter and cord. Alligator clips are also included to connect to any 11 to 15 volt power supply that provides 10 amps or more, such as an auto battery.
The iMax B6AC charger has several programming features that must be set for charging various battery types and sizes, and comes with a detailed instruction manual.

General Charging Connection: Several adapter cords with male banana connectors that plug into the charger are provided. These include the following connection types: XT60, male T-Plug, JST with female housing, and universal female servo connector for connecting receiver battery packs. The general charging connection allows you to charge 1 to 15 cell NiMh/NiCd and lead acid batteries. You can also charge all 1 to 6 cell Lipo batteries by connecting to this charge lead, but you must also connect your Lipo battery to the appropriate Lipo Balance Connector Port if you wish to Balance Charge your Lipo.
Lipo Balance Connector Ports: There are five balance connector ports that allow you to balance charge 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 cell Lipo batteries. These ports are for the JST/XH balance connectors with 2.5mm pin spacing.
