Same Day shipping

Orders placed by 03:00 PM PST (M-F) will be shipped the same day*
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST (Saturday) will be shipped the same day except FedEx Express Packages*
Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following day. *

*Although we do our best to ship the same day, items that need assembly or modifications might be delayed till the next business day.

Free shipping method and carrier is weight based and the system automatically determines whether it will be sent via USPS First Class (Under 13oz), Priority Mail (Over 13oz) FedEx Ground and FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Over-sized packages will always ship via FedEx Ground.

You accept USPS, FedEx, DHL and all other mail carriers offers (“Mail Carrier(s)”) as reliable mail carriers and’s carriers of choice.

If you select USPS mail service, will send your packages with United States Postal Service (“USPS”). Depending on the type of USPS service you choose (First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) the package may show receipt by the USPS, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by the USPS. Even mail service types that typically provide full tracking information to your location may sometimes not show any information beyond the USPS receiving the package. has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system of your country. can not be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service.

International Shipping 

is through USPS, First Class International*, Priority Mail International*, Priority Mail Express International, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Economy and FedEx First Flight.
(*Tracking is very limited on USPS shipments once the package leaves US and the delivery times are solely dependent on the local carrier and customs of the destination country. Click here to find out tracking eligible countries for USPS.

 Guaranteed International Tracking is only available for USPS International Express, FedEx International and DHL Express Only)

DHL Shipmets: In addition to USPS and FedEx international shipping, we offer DHL Express as well. Please send us an email with products required and destination address for a quote.

  • USPS Priority Express International – 3-9 business days

  • FedEx International Priority – 2-3 Business Days – Guaranteed
  • FedEx International Economy – 2-5 business days

Lost packages

If the tracking information for your package shows receipt by any of’s mail carriers, is not responsible if your package never arrives at your location. No refunds will be provided if your package is lost in the mail system either in the USA or in your destination country. Almost all packages sent by reach their recipient.

Mail service delays

In rare cases and depending on your ship to address, it can take much longer than indicated for a package to reach you and independent of the mail service you chose during check-out. The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. is not responsible if a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service delays the arrival of your package due to custom holds or other issues. does not provide refunds in case your package is delayed.

Customs, Duties, and “Return to Sender” Packages

For orders shipped outside the USA, you are solely responsible for any and all import duties your local customs office may impose on your order.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! FedEx, first class, Priority and express mail are eligible for these fees. There is no way for Aerialpixels Inc (the shipper) to predict your country’s customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries FedEx and/or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they’re not 100% accurate they can be helpful. Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or for FedEx. If a package is returned to due to the Mail Carrier’s inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to your provided ship-to address, will not refund shipping costs when and if the package is returned to

Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. Most FedEx international orders will be ETD (all customs documents are transferred and handled electronically) and we do not attach paper invoices to countries that support ETD shipments. The customs forms (electronic or physical) will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as “gift”, “sample”, “educational” or lower the values. Aerialpixels Inc makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations and laws for export compliance.

Information for International Shipments

For international shipments, the First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International options typically will not provide tracking or delivery confirmation after the shipments leave the United States. Express Mail International shipments are more likely to be scanned after they leave the United States, but there is no guarantee from Aerialpixels, LLC or the USPS that items will receive additional scans. Please note that delivery times for USPS international shipments can vary wildly, even for Priority and Express Mail shipments, and it could take 1-2 months to receive items sent via the US Post Office under worst case situations. Since the USPS will not claim responsibility for packages and the shipments are not normally scanned once they leave the United States, Aerialpixels, LLC cannot be held responsible for lost shipments for international orders when they have been shipped via any USPS method. Choosing a USPS method of shipment for international shipments is the customer’s choice and they are accepting full responsibility for any lost shipment. If you want a fully traceable shipment, you must choose FedEx as the method of shipment. You agree to these terms when placing an order with us.
