-Diagnostic fee of $75 covers check in, disassembly, troubleshooting and written estimate for complete repair. You’ll never have any surprises!

-Labor rates for actual repairs range from $75 – $125 per hour

-Urgent Same day repairs are available for an additional fee

-Return shipping (if you prefer the unit to be shipped to you instead of picking up) and replacement parts extra

-Email status updates provided at no additional charge throughout the entire repair process!

-Most repairs are completed in 1-3 days
